Purchase Process

Yes, shipping is free for orders over €120.

If you need an invoice, send us an email at hola@piripi.es, and we’ll send it to you as soon as possible. The deadline to request a fiscal invoice is 15 calendar days from the delivery date of your order.

Reminder! it’s important to complete the purchase as a business, including all your company’s tax information.


Payment Methods

We offer 4 payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you best:

Debit and credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and 4B. Payments are processed through a 100% secure platform integrated with Stripe’s Virtual POS.

Klarna: Pay in 3 interest-free instalments. This option allows you to split your purchase into 3 equal payments. Each payment will be automatically charged to the debit or credit card you provided at checkout. The first payment is charged when Piripi confirms your order, with the 2nd and 3rd instalments scheduled for 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

You can always manage your payments in the Klarna app.

Apple Pay: You can pay directly using Apple Pay if it is available on your mobile device. This payment method is only valid for purchases made through Apple devices.

Bank transfer: You can pay via bank transfer. When selecting this option at checkout, we will provide the necessary details to complete the transfer. Remember that your order will be processed once we confirm receipt of the payment, which may take 1 to 2 business days.

Payment options will appear at the end of the checkout process.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are free for purchases over €120.

Spain mainland: €4.95.

Canary Islands and Balearic Islands: €6.95

Europe: €8.95

Rest of the world: €25


Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you that your package is on its way.

In the e-mail, you will receive a link to track your order. Through this link, you can check the status of your order at any time and manage it according to the options provided by the carrier.


Spain

Mainland, Ceuta, and Melilla: between 2 and 3 working days from when the order leaves the warehouse.

Balearic Islands: between 2 and 5 working days from when the order leaves the warehouse.

Canary Islands: approximately 8 working days from when the order leaves the warehouse.

Due to circumstances beyond Piripi’s control, these timeframes may be extended (deliveries may experience delays).

Rest of the world

Shipping to any country (except Spain and Portugal) takes between 3 to 6 working days from when the order leaves the warehouse. These timeframes are estimates.


We ship to any country in the world.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with family members or neighbours, as the courier may have left your package with someone nearby to ensure a faster delivery.

If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact us at hola@piripi.es. We’ll reach out to the courier service to file a claim and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

All prices on piripi.es include VAT. Please note that customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and fees, which are applied once the products reach your destination country. All these charges are your responsibility. Piripi has no control over additional charges related to customs clearance. If you refuse the package for this reason, customs authorities may charge Piripi an administrative fee, and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount requested. You can consult your local customs officials or postal office for more information on import taxes/duties that may apply to your online order.

Exchanges and Cancellations

If you have changed your mind, please write to us at hola@piripi.es.

Please note that if the order has already left our warehouse, we cannot cancel it, and you will need to make a return once you have received the package.


We know that once you have a Piripi in your hands, you won’t want to let it go. However, if you still think it’s not for you, you can request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

To do this, please email us at hola@piripi.es with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Complete return address
  • Order number, which you will find in the confirmation email
  • Contact phone number
  • Email to communicate and inform you about the process
  • Items you wish to return

The products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, or damaged, and include all tags as you received them.

Spain: We will provide you with a return label and schedule a pickup. The cost for each pickup will be €5, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

International: You need to send the order back to us, and the costs will be at your expense. Until the order arrives at our warehouse, the shipment is your responsibility, so we recommend sending it with a courier or certified mail and keeping the shipping receipt.

Once the package arrives at Piripi, we will check that the item(s) are in their original condition and ready for resale. In that case, we will send you a confirmation email of the refund, and you will receive it within 1 to 5 working days, in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns will be covered by us in case of a defect or error on our part.

We cannot process exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or product, you can make a new purchase and return what you don’t want for us to process the refund.

The Barletter is Piripi’s official newsletter, designed to keep you up to date with everything you need to know about the brand’s social and authentic lifestyle. Each week, you’ll receive exclusive content inspired by Spanish culture, recommendations for bars and terraces, stories behind our t-shirts, snack recipes, and much more. It’s like being in a continuous conversation at your favourite bar, but straight from your inbox!

Cancelling your subscription to the Barletter is easy. At the end of each email, you’ll find a link that says “Unsubscribe” or “Cancel subscription.” Just click on it and follow the instructions.

If you change your mind, you can always resubscribe.
